VW Audi 20v Aluminium Injector Sleeves x4 ; V3

Set x4 VW & Audi 20v Aluminium injector cap/sleeve/inserts 24mm small type m24 1.5mm thread with 14mm ID for O-ring. We have 3 different versions available.

We also have an aluminium tool available (sold separately) to help with the installation process. We do recommend that the threads need to be cleaned thoroughly, carbon and sealants must be removed. If this is not done you stand a chance of splitting / cracking your manifold.   PTFE Tape or fuel resistant sealer needs to be applied to prevent air leaks.

This item will work on the following intake manifold with std fuel rail or direct replacement fuel rails. To our knowledge its all the big port 20V intake manifolds and limited number of small port intakes

AGU, APH, AWT, AWU 

• V3 for injector length 33.6mm between O-rings

        This will work on the following injectors but not limited to.

        Bosch 980cc 0280158040

        Bosch 627cc 0280158123

Note: To avoid confusion please double check the outside diameter of your insert thread. It must measure 24mm not 27mm.
