VW Mk1 Gen2 Lower Gearbox Mount Cable Shift & DSG

VW MK1 Gen2 lower gearbox mounting are the latest in our development line that will work on multiple different gearbox and engine combinations. The black metal part of the unit will bolt to the x2 m10 studs std gearbox mount location under the car. On the front of the bracket, we have 3 different hole options 4cyl/vr5 ,2.8/32.2 vr6 & 3.2/3.6(direct injection) The aluminium part bolt to the std mounting location on the gearbox with a stainless-steel bracket. This mount is ideal when you don’t want to run the DRD subframe. We use a heavy-duty rubber bush and spherical joint on the other side. This allows enough flex but the ultimate power hold

This will fit the following gearbox options

02A (on some of the 02A gearboxes you will need to tap the hole)

02J,02S, 02T, 02M, 02Q and even on DSG

Note:The stock DRD lower strut brace does not fit but we are working on a solution
